ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

Nexus AMS provides users and organizations with the ability to manage assets and related operational records.
This Account Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their Nexus AMS account and what information may be retained after deletion.
Requesting Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion through any of the following methods:
Option 1: Within the Mobile Application
- Log into Nexus AMS.
- Navigate to Profile or Account Settings.
- Select “Delete Account”.
- Confirm the deletion request.

What Happens When an Account Is Deleted
When an account deletion request is approved:
- User login access will be revoked.

Organizational Data
Nexus AMS is an enterprise asset management platform.
Asset records, audit logs, maintenance history, inventory records, and other business records entered on behalf of an organization may remain within the organization’s database after an individual user’s account is deleted.
This information is retained to preserve organizational records, reporting accuracy, compliance requirements, and audit trails.
Retention of Certain Information
